Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Hand & Stone Spa Apex leads front desk operations, coaches a sales-driven team to achieve membership, retail, gift card, and service goals, drives booking conversion and guest experience, and supports daily operational execution while developing staff for future leadership roles. Key focus areas include sales execution, member conversion, guest interactions, frontline training and development, cash handling, reporting, and maintaining high standards of guest service consistent with a multi-unit spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
