Job Summary
Promote and sell personalized spa experiences while ensuring seamless coordination and communication across hotel departments. Apply revenue management strategies and market insights to maximize revenue opportunities and business performance. Ensure exceptional guest and member satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and luxury hospitality. Requires five years of spa management experience, knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office, and a degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
