Job Summary
Assistant Spa Director leads guest service excellence, sales and retail performance, and team leadership for Massage Heights retreats. Responsibilities include supervising operations in the absence of the Retreat Director, driving sales, coaching team members, educating guests on services, products, and programs, promoting lifestyle and gift certificate offerings, achieving retail and re-booking goals, and upholding brand standards. Requires availability to work full-time with evenings and weekends, strong leadership and customer service skills, experience in sales or retail management, and comfort with computer software. Required Qualifications
- Some sales or retail management experience preferred
- Experience managing hourly wage employees a plus
- Must be guest driven
- Commitment to standards/image of the Massage Heights body face brand
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated team player
- People oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills
- Must be comfortable with making decisions
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, holidays etc.
- Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution a plus
