Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across the Executive Lounge and Jin Bar, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency. Drive menu development, seasonal offerings, and continuous improvement while overseeing stock control, ordering, and food cost management. Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and workplace health standards, and foster a positive, collaborative kitchen culture. Coach and support your team to deliver the quality guests expect. Requires relevant commercial cookery qualifications and senior culinary experience. Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a senior culinary role within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a kitchen team
- Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and safe food handling practices
- Experience with stock control, ordering and food cost management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or the ability to obtain one
