Assistant Softball Coach who will support the Head Softball Coach across the Softball program, including organizing and conducting practices, recruiting student-athletes, supervising assistant coaches, budget management, fundraising, scheduling, public relations, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university rules; provide guidance to student-athletes, coordinate training and safety, and represent the program to internal and external audiences.
