Assistant Softball Coach

Assist the Head Coach in teaching the fundamental rules, skills, strategies, and sportsmanship of softball during practices and games; help plan, organize, and execute daily practices, game-day preparations, and team events; support a positive, disciplined team environment that prioritizes academic success, character development, and teamwork; take a lead or supportive role in managing specific squads (such as JV or Freshmen) or specific position groups as designated by the Head Coach; assist with equipment inventory, field preparation, and other administrative duties while maintaining professional communication with staff, players, and parents.
