Assistant Softball Coach (29725)

Assist in administration of university athletic program; recruit, mentor, and coach student-athletes in softball; manage practices and game-day activities; support Head Coach in administration, fundraising, and student-athlete academic progress; ensure adherence to NAIA rules and Champions of Character; provide leadership and mentorship with a Christ-centered approach; contribute to enrollment targets and community involvement; travel as required; requires Bachelor’s degree and coaching experience; strong interpersonal and motivational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional conduct; valid driver’s license.
