Job Summary
Provide direct supports, guidance, education, advocacy, and supervision for individuals with developmental and/or cognitive disabilities. Lead identified individuals and households to help them live safely, maintain health, foster relationships, and develop independence skills. Support human rights by empowering individuals to become primary decision-makers and offering counseling for concerns. Assume responsibility for day-to-day home operations during Site Supervisor absences. Schedule includes Wednesdays 11:00am-7:00pm, Thursdays and Fridays 2:00pm-11:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-11:00pm. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous supervisory experience
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least one year in residential services
