ASSISTANT SITE SUPERVISOR - PAULDING

Plan, supervise, and implement childcare programs for before-school, after-school, summer camp, and school break care while ensuring compliance with California Community Care Licensing and Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs guidelines. Independently supervise up to 14 children or 20 children depending on program type, providing quality visual, proactive, and interactive care in a safe environment. Guide behaviors using positive methods, carry out lesson plans, and maintain HEPA standards for healthy eating and physical activity. Assist the Site Supervisor in program administration, staff training, and accurate enrollment procedures while managing daily tasks such as setting up and cleaning the program area. Requires one year of childcare experience, a high school diploma, and relevant licensing units.
