Assistant Site Supervisors assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing all phases of a construction project from preconstruction to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, mentoring team members, managing job documentation, coordinating subcontractor work, performing quality control, and handling administrative tasks related to the job's estimate, budget, and schedule. The role requires advanced framing knowledge, plan reading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Required Qualifications
- 3 Years' experience in Field Foreman experience
- Ability to perform duties/activities of workers supervised
- Advanced framing knowledge
- Advanced plan reading skills
- Knowledge and experience in site management
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Fieldwire
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First-aid response
- OSHA 10-hour construction training
- OSHA 30-hour construction training
