Job Summary
Complete paperwork accurately, select residents per guidelines, and process applicants while mailing timely notifications. Assist with move-in and move-out processes, collect rent and deposits, and prepare daily bank deposits. Support the Site Property Manager with interior unit inspections, turnover unit readiness, and interim recertification. Handle administrative and financial duties assigned within capability. Requires ability to read instructions, write correspondence, and present information to clients. High school diploma and required training mandatory. Part-time schedule of 24 hours weekly. Occasional work in outside weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Must attend required training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds
