Job Summary
Control all labour on site, including direct and sub-contractors, to coordinate activities by plot and schedule. Monitor site operations, direct labour, and sub-contract packages to ensure strict adherence to the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan. Maintain adequate site security, traffic management, and prevention of theft while providing cover for the Site Manager during off-site periods, meetings, holidays, or sickness. This role supports the West Midlands region team at Miller Homes, where the company builds homes to create better places for people and communities to thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day by day basis
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
- Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations
