Assistant Site Manager

Assist the Site Manager in supervising operations, lead and develop the team, manage scheduling, coach staff, drive customer experience, promote unlimited wash memberships and other services, ensure equipment functionality and safety, maintain inventory, monitor promotions, and support daily site performance across Take 5 Car Wash. Demonstrates leadership in onboarding, training, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive team culture while contributing to sales goals and operational excellence.
