Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing site operations, driving sales, training and developing the team, managing scheduling and shifts, promoting unlimited wash memberships and other services, ensuring customer experiences are positive, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and upholding Sparkle Assurance quality. Key duties include onboarding and coaching new team members, guiding performance and engagement, addressing customer questions and concerns, upselling services, monitoring equipment and inventory, enforcing safety protocols, implementing site promotions, and collaborating with the Site Leader to improve daily operations and site performance.
