Assistant Site Manager

Conduct daily site operations support, including onboarding new team members, managing schedules, and ensuring equipment functionality and safety. Greet customers, answer service inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote unlimited wash memberships to drive sales and retention. Monitor inventory levels, suggest operational improvements, and escalate issues to the Site Leader while maintaining "Sparkle Assurance" quality standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with training, coaching, and conflict resolution to uphold team culture and site performance.
