Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager will support the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of site operations, lead and coach the team, handle onboarding and scheduling, drive a positive team culture, promote unlimited wash memberships and other services, ensure equipment and safety standards, manage inventory, and contribute to sales initiatives and customer experience. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and responsive problem-solving to maintain daily operations and deliver exceptional service across the Take 5 Car Wash site in Dalton. The candidate should be driven, outgoing, and ready to contribute to a growing network, with a focus on people development, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
