Assistant Site Manager

Assist the Site Manager in onboarding new team members, managing scheduling, and maintaining daily equipment checks and inventory levels. Greet customers, resolve concerns, and promote unlimited wash memberships while monitoring site safety and cleaning protocols. Identify operational challenges, suggest improvements, and track sales activity to support revenue goals. Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making to keep operations running smoothly. This role serves as a proving ground for future Site Managers within Take 5's growing network of nearly 500 locations.
