Assistant Site Manager

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of car wash site operations, combining hands-on leadership with a focus on training, coaching, and supporting the team while driving sales, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and upholding our Sparkle Assurance quality for every customer. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing team members, scheduling and shift management, fostering a positive culture, coaching and identifying training needs, delivering warm customer experiences, answering questions about services and memberships, resolving issues, promoting unlimited wash memberships, monitoring equipment and safety, inventory management, and collaborating on operational improvements. Also assist with upselling services, supporting promotions and marketing initiatives, and tracking sales to help drive revenue. Effective problem-solving and quick, informed decision-making to maintain smooth daily operations, with a focus on staff development and customer satisfaction.
