Job Summary
Assist the Site Manager in onboarding new team members, managing scheduling, and developing staff capabilities through targeted training and conflict resolution. Greet customers, resolve inquiries, and promote unlimited wash memberships to drive engagement and sales. Perform daily equipment checks, monitor inventory, and maintain site safety and cleanliness standards. Identify operational challenges, suggest improvements, and make quick decisions to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role serves as a proving ground for future Site Managers within Take 5 Car Wash, a network of nearly 500 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- A track record of ownership
