Job Summary
Lead and develop staff by coaching, motivating, and training new and existing employees to perform at their best. Support daily operations through decision-making assistance, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management while maintaining site excellence via equipment oversight and cleanliness. Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure all safety protocols are followed to keep staff and customers secure. Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, inventory, and documentation with attention to detail. This role requires 2+ years of customer service and shift lead or management experience, with physical demands including extended standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working outside in varying temperatures.
