Job Summary
The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in executing operational tasks, leading the frontline team, and enhancing customer experience at Spotless Brands locations. This role involves supervising team members, providing coaching and feedback, managing customer service escalations, and monitoring daily operations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of supervisory experience in a relevant environment. This position requires strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role within a car wash or other customer-focused retail environment
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new procedures and/or operational tools
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age required due to equipment and/or fuel handling responsibilities
