Job Summary
The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) supports the Site Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and exceptional customer experience at Spotless Brands locations. Responsibilities include supervising frontline team members, resolving customer concerns, ensuring operational execution, assisting in training, and acting as a manager when designated. The role is critical for leadership development with an emphasis on coaching and guiding team performance. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, and adherence to safety and operational regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role within a car wash or customer-focused retail environment
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age required due to equipment and/or fuel handling responsibilities
