Assistant Site Manager - Site 83

Seasoned leadership role at Cobblestone Car Wash as Manager in Training. Responsibilities include training and supporting Crew Members, completing new hire paperwork, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety protocols, building and managing employee schedules to meet daily demand while controlling labor costs, and providing concise daily reports to the Site Manager. The role involves stepping in for the Site Manager when needed, communicating product offerings (Ultimate Shine wash packages) to customers, and operating XPT machines including cash audits and deposits. You will develop a deep understanding of car wash equipment, perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on-site equipment, and verify vehicles entering the tunnel are in proper condition. After wash completion, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints and damage claims with proper paperwork, maintain professionalism and dress code, and coordinate clear communication with customers and Team Members. You will complete end-of-month paperwork and audits, execute daily/weekly/monthly tasks from checklists, oversee grounds/facilities/equipment upkeep, and collaborate with the Site Manager to order inventory for chemicals, supplies, and uniforms. Other duties as assigned.
