Job Summary
The Assistant Site Manager will support the Site Manager in overseeing sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include managing and developing the sanitation crew, monitoring operational issues, conducting safety audits, managing communication with corporate and clients, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, general knowledge of technology, and must be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience
- General working knowledge of computers and technology
- Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write Spanish and English
