Job Summary
Execute opening and closing site responsibilities while maintaining service standards and ensuring facilities remain clean. Greet all customers, actively sell membership packages, and guide guests through wash options to drive sales and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet goals, oversee employee productivity and safety, and manage chemical inventory costs. Assist in recruiting and training staff, perform required administrative duties, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Own management of on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for serving others
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Safely climb and maneuver a 25ft ladder
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
