Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary

Manage inventory protection, asset management, and operational issues while ensuring overall site cleanliness and stock room organization. Maintain and develop local non-NAPA vendor relationships, source parts needs, and negotiate pricing and service privileges. Track value-added items for customers, ensure merchandise is received and put away accurately, and perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations with the Site Manager. Create a safe work environment by completing required hazmat training and following all company policies. Respond to customer purchase and service questions, interpret contract requirements, and ensure performance against service level goals. Complete all available IBS operations training and utilize approved line codes appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • ASE certified within twelve months
  • Ability to manage two or more people
