Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager responsible for overseeing site teams, coordinating planned refurbishment works in Social Housing, managing subcontractors, ensuring site documentation and risk assessments are in place, and delivering contracts on time and within budget. Works with Contracts Manager to prepare estimates/tenders, maintain master programmes across multiple live sites, ensure health and safety compliance, and build relationships with clients and tenants. Requires driving to sites, SMSTS or NVQ qualification, DBS check, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS or NVQ
- DBS check
- experience in Planned refurbishment works within Social Housing/tenanted properties
- knowledge of internal and external refits
- ability to manage multiple sites
- commercial awareness
- proficiency with MS Office
