Job Summary
Assist with overall field setup and presentation each morning while consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills. Help drive a winning culture amongst staff by building professional relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Observe and assist staff on sports fields in any capacity, including coaching and refereeing, while ensuring player safety. Communicate effectively with children and parents regarding positive and negative feedback. Maintain excellent organizational skills and care for all equipment. Learn new sports rules and aspects of the i9 Sports culture. Work Saturdays for six weeks per season, year-round, approximately 6-8 hours from 7am to 2pm.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sports experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a Saturdays for the duration of the season (6 weeks per season, year-round)
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
