Job Summary
Control all labour on site, including direct and sub-contractors, to coordinate activities plot by plot according to the build programme. Monitor site operations, direct labour, and sub-contract packages to ensure strict adherence to the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan. Maintain adequate site security, managing traffic, preventing theft, and controlling public access. Provide cover for the Site Manager during off-site periods, meetings, holidays, or sickness. This role supports the Scotland West region team at Miller Homes, a builder focused on creating homes for people to belong to and fostering community thriving.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day by day basis
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
- Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations
