Job Summary
Assist the site manager to ensure on-site store operations meet customer service needs and sales goals. Lead with integrity, manage recruiting, develop and motivate teams, and oversee labor scheduling and P&L expenditures. Drive sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products, maintain quality control checks, manage cash handling and deposits, monitor inventory, uphold safety protocols, and provide training to staff. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year leadership experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed
