Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager at Flying Ace Express Car Wash: Assist the site manager to ensure on-site operations meet customer-service goals, lead sales efforts with monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products, manage labor and scheduling, monitor P&L and expenditures, conduct quality control checks, oversee cash handling and deposits, monitor inventory, enforce safety procedures, address customer escalations calmly, learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge, and pursue growth through training opportunities. The role includes overseeing recruiting, developing and motivating teams, and supporting a growth-oriented, customer-focused environment at a high-volume car wash location in Fairfield, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Capability to coach, mentor, and train
- Present professional image according to appearance guidelines
