Job Summary
Assist the site manager to ensure store operations exceed customer service needs while driving sales through monthly car wash packages and product upselling. Maintain high-quality day-to-day operations, manage labor and staff scheduling, and oversee P&L by monitoring chemicals and utilities. Lead recruiting and team development, conduct quality control checks, and handle customer escalations calmly. Follow safety protocols, manage inventory, and perform daily cash reconciliations and audits. Close the site two nights per week and open as needed, while learning wash processes and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience

- Basic IT and computer proficiency
- POS systems
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours
