Job Summary
Assist the site manager in ensuring store operations exceed customer service needs while driving sales through engagement and upselling monthly packages. Maintain high-quality day-to-day operations, manage labor and staff scheduling, and oversee P&L by monitoring chemicals and utilities. Lead recruiting, develop teams, and perform quality control checks alongside accurate cash management and inventory oversight. Address customer escalations calmly, adhere to safety protocols, and close the site two nights per week. Requires high school diploma, one year of leadership experience, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
