Job Summary
Manage day-to-day store operations, lead team recruitment and development, and execute sales efforts by presenting unlimited wash packages and upselling products. Monitor labor and staff scheduling, manage P&L through chemical and utility expenditures, and ensure quality control via accurate checks. Handle customer escalations calmly, maintain inventory, and adhere to safety protocols while closing the site two nights weekly. Requires high school diploma, one year of leadership experience, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
