Job Summary
Control all labour on site, including direct and sub-contractors, to coordinate activities by plot according to the build programme. Monitor site operations, direct labour, and sub-contract packages to ensure strict adherence to the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan. Maintain adequate site security, managing traffic, theft prevention, and public access. Provide cover for the Site Manager during off-site periods, meetings, holidays, or sickness. This role supports the Site Manager at the Avonside Wisp development in Falkirk, requiring experience in housebuilding, planning skills, and relevant industry qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day by day basis
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
- Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations
