Assistant Site Manager Express

Assist in managing day-to-day operations at the Okie Express car wash location, including supporting and training Crew Members, verifying procedures and safety compliance, coordinating employee scheduling to meet daily demand, monitoring labor costs, providing daily reports to the Site Manager, and stepping in to assume Site Manager responsibilities when needed. Responsibilities include communicating with customers about wash packages, operating XPT machines and understanding cash audits, performing maintenance and troubleshooting on car wash equipment, ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for washing, handling customer complaints and damage claims, maintaining professionalism and dress code, collaborating with the Site Manager on inventory and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment, and completing end-of-month paperwork and audits. The role requires leadership to train staff, ability to work 40+ hours with flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays), reliable transportation, and passing a background check.
