Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager Express at Ultimate Shine Car Wash: provide support to the Site Manager in daily operations, train and support Crew Members, manage scheduling and labor cost, supervise safety and procedures, operate XPT equipment, read audits, assist with deposits, maintain and troubleshoot car wash equipment, inspect vehicles for damage, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints and claims, complete end-of-month paperwork and audits, and collaborate with the Site Manager on inventory and general upkeep. Must demonstrate leadership, communication, and reliable transportation; willing to work 40+ hours with evenings/weekends/holidays; starting pay at $17/hour with benefits for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week; flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and support employees
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodations
- Ability to pass a contingent background check
- Reliable transportation
