Job Summary
Assistant Site Manager leads frontline team and supports the Site Manager in daily operations, coaching and training staff, and delivering a high-quality customer experience at Spotless Brands locations. The role may support car wash operations or lube/oil change services, supervise shifts, ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies, and participate in leadership development to prepare for future site-management responsibilities. Essential duties include team supervision, coaching and feedback, onboarding new team members, handling customer service issues, maintaining clean and safe environments, assisting with inventory and operational tasks, and supporting promotional efforts and local marketing initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, communication, time-management, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role within a car wash or other customer-focused retail environment
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role (e.g., fuel handling, food safety, alcohol/tobacco sales, environmental safety, OSHA requirements)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
