Job Summary
Assist Site Manager in overseeing daily car wash operations, including supervising staff, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating staffing and schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment functions through routine maintenance. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of employees; handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes; promote a customer-focused culture and uphold service standards; generate and review daily operational reports (sales, inventory, equipment status); identify opportunities for operational improvements and work with the Site Manager on implementation. Requires flexible hours and outdoor work, with hands-on involvement in car wash processes and basic POS usage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher in Business Management or related field is a plus
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of integrity and responsibility
- Basic understanding of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for long periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sun)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
