Job Summary
Control all labour on site, including direct and sub-contractors, to coordinate activities plot by plot according to the build programme. Monitor site operations, direct labour, and sub-contract packages to ensure strict adherence to the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan. Maintain site security, manage traffic, and prevent theft while providing cover for the Site Manager during absences, meetings, holidays, or sickness. This Assistant Site Manager role supports the Scotland East Region team at Miller Homes, where the company builds homes and communities with a focus on nature and belonging.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ideally with a Housebuilder
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day by day basis
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
- Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations
