Assistant Site Manager | Drive the Team. Own the Results.

Own and run day-to-day site operations: manage staffing, scheduling, and performance; recruit and onboard a reliable team; coach and develop talent; address conflicts promptly; uphold service standards delivering fast, friendly experiences; monitor daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and take action to improve results; operate the site when the Site Manager is unavailable; ensure equipment is maintained for consistent results. Requires reliable attendance, supervisory or shift-management experience, real-time coaching ability, conflict-resolution skills, operational focus on labor and throughput, customer-first mindset, the ability to read and act on daily metrics, and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays). Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or higher in business a plus.
