Job Summary
Lead a team of Operations Associates and Shift Leads in a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing members while fostering a safety-first culture. Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts by executing inventory management, deploying network best practices, and engaging cross-functional partners for support. Analyze data to make strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization, while tackling onsite escalations and leading process improvement projects. Coach your team to maintain high quality metrics for order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Requires flexibility for regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours.
