Job Summary
Assist Site Manager by developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies; delegating tasks to team members; preparing progress reports, monitoring programmes and signing off quality control documents; helping manage costs and delegated budgets to optimise profitability; coordinating all team members and updating work objectives; planning activities and approving work methods to achieve objectives; supporting allocation of work and evaluation of performance; ensuring rigorous induction and completion of records; ensuring trades have necessary materials and equipment to complete tasks; and maintaining a safe, high-quality site environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Previous experience working on a social housing site
- Good IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
