Job Summary
Assist the site manager to ensure store operations and customer service excellence; lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor P&L and expenditures, maintain quality control and safety procedures, and drive team development through coaching and training. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of leadership experience plus 2 years of customer service; proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office; ability to work weekends and flexible hours; capable of guiding staff and delivering professional customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic IT and computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed
