Job Summary
Assist the site manager to ensure store operations exceed customer service needs while focusing sales efforts through engaging potential customers and presenting unlimited car wash packages. Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site operations, manage labor and staff scheduling, and oversee effective P&L management by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and expenditures. Lead recruiting and team development, conduct quality control checks, and follow standard procedures for cash management, inventory, and safety protocols. Properly address customer escalations, learn wash processes, and coach, mentor, and train staff. Close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience

- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours
