Job Summary
Assist the site manager in ensuring store operations exceed customer service needs while driving sales through monthly package presentations and upselling. Maintain high-quality on-site operations, manage labor and staff scheduling, and oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals and utilities. Lead recruiting and team development, conduct quality control checks, and manage cash reconciliations and inventory. Address customer escalations calmly, adhere to safety protocols, and close the site two nights per week. Requires high school diploma, one year of leadership experience, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
