Job Summary
Manage day-to-day store operations and lead site staff to exceed sales goals and growth targets. Monitor labor, chemicals, and utilities for P&L management while conducting quality control checks and cash reconciliations. Engage potential customers with monthly unlimited packages and upsell products to existing clients. Handle customer escalations calmly, assist with recruiting and team development, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Close the site two nights per week and open as needed. Maintain inventory, follow standard procedures for deposits, and learn wash equipment to expand operational knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic IT and computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Capability to provide and follow clear directions
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week
- Ability to open as needed
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift
- Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
