Job Summary
Train and support current and incoming Crew Members while completing new hire paperwork and verifying adherence to safety protocols. Assist in constructing employee schedules based on daily demand and labor percentages, then track hours to control costs. Provide daily verbal reports to the Site Manager, assume full managerial responsibilities when unavailable, and operate XPT machines including cash audits and deposits. Maintain Ultimate Shine wash package knowledge, perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and inspect vehicles for damage before tunnel entry. Handle customer complaints and damage claims, ensure facility upkeep, and manage inventory for chemicals and supplies. Work 40+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays with on-call availability. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour plus commission for membership sales, with free car washes and benefits like PTO and health insurance for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehend written and verbal instructions and carry them out.
- Must possess excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, which may include overtime or on-call as needed.
- Have the ability to lift 50 with or without an accommodation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time wisely.
- Satisfactorily meet the probationary period monthly reviews and time limit expectations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and complex tasks.
- Ability to pass a contingent background check.
