Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations to drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by performing scheduled cleaning tasks in tunnels and walkways. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, identifying issues quickly and taking action. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits. Operate car wash equipment as needed while standing and walking for extended periods in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Operate car wash equipment as needed
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
