Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations to drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by assisting with scheduled cleaning tasks and operating car wash equipment as needed. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, identifying issues quickly and taking action. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits. Work varied hours/days in an outdoor, fast-paced environment handling all weather conditions, noise, water, and product exposure. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting up to 50 lbs.
